At AdsNerd, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

Subscription Plans

AdsNerd offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with AdsNerd for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@adsnerd.ai and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • The initial payment on any plan
  • Requests made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscribers beyond the 7-day guarantee period:

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscribers beyond the 7-day guarantee period:

  • We offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription if you cancel within the first 30 days of the annual term
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals and your access will continue until the end of the annual term

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups to claim the guarantee)
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window
  • Downgrading to a lower plan (no partial refunds for the difference)

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We are always happy to resolve billing disputes directly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@adsnerd.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
