Description of Service
AdsNerd is an AI-powered chatbot that provides insights and optimization suggestions for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. We do not directly manage or modify your ad campaigns.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use AdsNerd. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AdsNerd only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use AdsNerd in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of AdsNerd are owned by Moonshot Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonshot Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use AdsNerd.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AdsNerd is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend AdsNerd, and any service or material we provide via AdsNerd, in our sole discretion without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to AdsNerd immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonshot Technologies regarding AdsNerd and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
