Description of Service
AdsNerd is an AI-powered advertising intelligence platform that connects to your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify) in read-only mode to provide performance insights, daily summaries, creative analysis, competitive intelligence, and conversational AI assistance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AdsNerd. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration
To access AdsNerd, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Connecting Ad Accounts
When you connect your advertising accounts, you grant AdsNerd read-only access to your ad data through the official APIs of the respective platforms. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke this access at any time through your AdsNerd account settings or directly through the ad platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AdsNerd to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
- Use automated scripts to access or interact with the Service in an unauthorised manner
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our explicit written consent
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AdsNerd — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of AdsNerd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your ad data remains your property. We do not claim ownership over any data you provide or that is retrieved from your connected ad accounts.
Subscription and Payment
Access to AdsNerd requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund unused time except as described in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimers
AdsNerd provides insights, recommendations, and analysis based on your ad data. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advertising advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any insight for a particular purpose.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsNerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdsNerd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Third-Party Services
AdsNerd integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Shopify). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any changes those platforms make to their APIs or data availability.
Privacy

Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
